installing wordpress

hello there sorry i had problem with error on my WordPress cpanel i din’t know how to solve it so i decided to drop down my database from the webhosting in order to start allover again but now how ever i install WordPress i just receive an email with confirmation that its ready and the login details but when i try to search it there is nothing even when i try to look for my new website it nothing i am just stuck dont know what to do

Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
