Installing WordPress on Solaris

    Hello, about a week ago I asked for support with installing a WordPress database on an OpenSolaris VMWare machine, I have found this to be beyond the grasp of someone that is not literate in script nor comfortable with working with databases. The reason I wanted to setup my own database is because I am hosting my domain on my own server, so I wanted the blog to be on my actual page, not on a wordblog.com site. I was able to resolve this by setting up tabbed viewing within the browser. This gives the impression that the blog is within the site but it is actually a wordblog.com site within my site.
