installing wordpress theme

  Is the option to install a custom theme not available with the free WP account?

  I downloaded the “Fullscreen” theme from Graph Paper Press and am trying to find the option to install it. Is this not an option?

  It does not exist. There is no FTP access to WordPress.com free hosted blogs. The only versions of the themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here in your dashboard > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ You cannot build your own theme here nor can you upload any third party themes.

  Also note that we WordPress.com bloggers cannot install any plugins. Those are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
