Installing WordPress to Domain via FTP

  I want to get WordPress installed for a website that I maintain but the only access that I have is a FTP login for the domain. I’m not even able to get in contact with the company that I think hosts the domain because they never respond… Is it possible to install WordPress with ONLY a FTP login? I literally have no access to anything else except that.. if it’s possible, can someone please give me directions on how to do it? Thank you in advance!

  You need to be at WordPress.ORG for that. WordPress.com is for blogs hosted here, and we can’t use FTP at all.
