installing wordpress with existing account

  in order to use plugins i understand that i need to install wordpress. i have worked out how to install wordpress but when i do it only gives me the option to create a new blog rather than link the installation to my existing online account.

  Is there a way i can install wordpress and link it to my existing blog so i can make use of plugins?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
