Installing wordpress.org

  Hello,
  I am not able to find the plugins menu in the dashboard.Can somebody help me with this.I think I have installed the blog one.I need to create website, so how should I download wordpress.org.

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
