  How to install zip file theme on the new wordpress? I couldn’t find the “install theme” option anymore under appearance.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, you cannot install external themes on a WordPress.com blog. It’s too big a security risk. Those themes are for WordPress.ORG blogs on paid hosting only.
