Installing/activating a new theme

    I have purchased a theme from themeforest.net, downloaded it, and installed it to my wordpress. When I try to activate the given theme, I get the following error: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/www/jaanaanttiladesign.com/wp-content/themes/form/admin/index.php on line 35”
    I have already tried re-installing and re-uploading the theme a couple of times, but always with the same result.

    Hi jaanaanttiladesign, you can find help for your self-hosted wordpress.org install on the wordpress.org support forums.

    This forum is for hosted wordpress.com users only. Here’s a bit of info on the difference: .com and .org
