  Hi! I’ve just downloaded instant WP but it doesn’t recognise me and so I can’t login, how is it possible?

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com free hosted blogs. You are posting to the wrong support forum and must post to http://wordpress.org/support instead.
  WordPress.com is a hosted blog service. You do not have to download software, pay for hosting or manage a web server. WordPress.com does not permit uploading themes or plugins. WordPress.org is free software. You can install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database. Please read WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The differences.
