Instead of clicking Read More show contents straightaway

Hi,
I have just created a blog for Samsung Omnia HD phone. I’m uploading wallpapers in gallery and then inserting gallery into the post.
At the moment I have created two categories and planning to stick to one post per category. When I click on a category, I have to click on “read more” to see the contents i.e.

http://i8910hd.wordpress.com/category/diya-mirza/But instead of the above I wana see the contents straightaway when i click on a category i.e.like this

2) Is this feature dependent on theme?
3) Is there any other theme available for gallery purposes?Thanks in advance for help.

3. All themes can use the gallery for posts.Here is an article about which themes display only parts of posts in category and archive pages (and which display full article).

Yes, changing themes will be necessary. Each theme here was designed by an individual author, and they decided how they would display things in their particular theme when they designed it. WordPress adopts themes from individual designers and sticks as close as possible to the original design.
