Hi there,
Are you referring to your site jewishbookreview.wordpress.com? I checked the footer widget section of that site and there is no active Instagram Block in that section.
Please let us know if this is the site where the error is occurring.
Thank you!

Hi there!
http://flashlightpress.com uses the WordPress software and is hosted with Siteground. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either Siteground’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
– https://wordpress.org/support/forums/To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host like Siteground (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
That said, when I visit http://flashlightpress.com I see your Instagram feed in the bottom right corner of your footer – the images appear for me in five rows of four images each, and I see “Load More” and “Follow on Instagram” buttons below them.
