Do you have simple written instructions that could be printed ?!no jargon, no pictures, no graphics? I do not care what the “community” has to say I just want to make it work quickly and consistently.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This may help you help you understand some of the jargon used on this platform: http://en.support.wordpress.com/lexicon/
I am a community member who has been voluntarily providing support service here for over 7 years. I began when there were no support docs. There was a single support staff and a single FAQs thread. In other words predate the Support Staff who are currently on staff and that’s why I am LOL: D at this statement:
I do not care what the “community” has to say
By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
For creating a post see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-post
For creating a page see here
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-pageFor editing see:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the step by step Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.
If you want to print out the support docs know that they are living document constantly being updated.

This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively together to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email. Volunteers answer the majority of all questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
If the instruction I linked to do not provide the answers you are seeking, please simply post exactly what you need help with, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
