Instructions for "Changing Username" are incorrect

Hi, I changed the username for my account, and now have lost access to my blog (Sensorysweetness.wordpress.com). The instructions in the WordPress support say I would have had 4 choices about how to transfer my name to my blog, but I only had 2 options (http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/).
The blog is still active; how can I get in touch with someone at WordPress to fix this? The site obviously still recognizes that SensorySweetness is still mine (it’s listed as the “blog I need help with”.

This has been resolved. Thanks. (Although, I still only had 2 options where the instructions say there should have been 4).
