  It has been 4 years since I last used my WP account. Apparently I forgot about renewing it.

  How do I renew my domain?

  Hello,
  If you’re talking about cwhitlow77.wordpress.com, then it doesn’t need to be renewed. It’s yours to use for as long as you want.

  If you had a domain like cwhitlow77.com and that didn’t get renewed, then you can follow these steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/

  Thanks for the info!

  As it has been 4 years since I’ve used WP, I’m having problems doing the chores I did before—just the basics like getting a URL for a page I’ve just published.

  Where can I find the basics of how to work the software?

  Also, could you tell me how to get the URL for the page I just published? I use the “permalink” URL but when I try to search for it in my browser, it cannot be found.
