Insufficient Credits

  I’ve been trying to renew my domain but I keep getting an “insufficient credits” error when I try to confirm the renewal. There’s no option for payment as I have a premium account. My domain is currently expired and I need my site up ASAP.

  It looks like your Premium bundle is currently being renewed. Were you able to complete the payment? Once the upgrade is renewed, you will see the new expiration dates on your Upgrades page here:

  Money has been out of my account since Friday. At this point I want to cancel the premium bundle. I just want to pay the $26 to have my site back up.

  The wordpress Premium status says “active” but I still get an “insufficient credits” error when trying to renew my domain. Button says “renew for free” but I get that same error message.

  Really sorry you’re still having trouble! It looks like you were already refunded for your Premium bundle purchase. You can see that on your Billing History here:
