Insufficient space in my cell to publish an entry.

    I am told the content needs to be downloaded in my cell before it can be published. How much space is required? I have cleared as much space as I can but it is not enough for WordPress. Please help!

    Hi @mydiaryleito,

    Are you working in a browser window? If so, it shouldn’t be making you download anything. Can you clarify what message you’re getting, and send a link to the page where you see it?

    We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction.

    I am working from the WordPress App I downloaded in my phone.

    Message I am getting: WordPress needs to download the content into my phone before publishing it, but there is no enough space in my phone for the download.

    Please check this out and point me in the right direction.

    Hi there,

    The app stores your post and page content locally, yes, so you can still work on it even if you’re offline.

    How much space this requires depends on how many posts you have, and how much content in those posts, but it shouldn’t be very much. I checked on my phone, where I use the app across several different sites every day, and it currently uses around 63MB of storage for app data.
