intal word press on siteground

  I cant install wordpress on my own domain (the silvermodel.com) on siteground…it says the domain already exists! Spent all day trying to get it up and to no avail. I have the Pro Plan and even so, cant get into wordpress. I am a total beginner at this, pleas advise as to what I can do, without spending more money!! Thankyou, Francesca McGill

  We can’t help with sites not running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact Siteground support to solve this problem./-

  It looks like your silvermodel.com domain isn’t pointing to Siteground: https://gwhois.org/silvermodel.com+dns

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Otherwise, you may want to contact Siteground for further support.
