Intalling a theme

I would like to install a free wordpress theme, but can’t figure out how to do it as all the instruction blogs and videos say click on appearances –> themes and you will see install theme at top. I can’t see that anywhere… Any pointers?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
