Integrate banner on sidebar problem

  I want to integrate an Amazon Banner on my sidebar but the picture is not showing, only the (ugly) link.

  I used a text widget for that. When I use a picture widget, nothing happens at all.
  What am I doing wrong. :-( ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The link of the picture should be in this code:
  <img src="your_link_here">
  Hope my solution is possible!

  Banners are considered ads and not permitted
