Integrating a new payment method

Hello!
My name is Vlad, and I work with a UK fintech startup. Our service simplifies the process of receiving/sending payments by generating a unique link that automatically fills in the recipient’s bank details (the payment is processed by a banking app). We are now in need of a landing page to sell POS materials to our business customers. The question is: is it possible to integrate our payment system as a payment method? If so, what legal and technical details will need to be taken care of?

Yes I get that, is there any other plugin for integrating payment methods except WooCommerce?
That’s what I got from WooCommerce support: “We are not currently prioritizing new integration partners for listing on WooCommerce.com. However, if you’re interested in working together in the future, please feel free to submit your application. We’ll review against our current partnership criteria, and will get back to you if there is a fit”. -
Could you please specify if you’re just looking to integrate your payment method on your own site, or rather trying to create a plugin/extension that others would be able to use on their WordPress sites?
From the WooCommerce reply you quoted above, it sounds like you inquired about a possible partnership.Here, on WordPress.com, once you upgrade to plan Business or eCommerce, you can add any custom WordPress-compatible plugin so, if you develop one, you’ll be able to use it on your site.

In that case you would then be looking to develop your own plugin or extension to hook your custom payment method to WordPress core or other WordPress eCommerce plugins like WooCommerce for example. And you could follow the earlier guidance from the WooCommerce folks and submit a partnership application.
