Hello @distorial,
Your website is a WordPress.org site and currently being hosted on SingleHop. This forum is to support website being hosted by wordpress.com.The differences between the two are listed here:
Support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/
This documentation about APIs on WordPress.org can be of great help:
https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_APIs
I suggest posting on wordpress.org to receive the correct help from the community there. Best of luck.

@drunkentennis – Here’s what it says in the sourcecode:
meta name=”generator” content=”WordPress 4.9.1″
So it does look like this is a site using the WP open source software and not hosted here on WordPressdotcom?

I didn’t know WordPress can be distinguished like that. Thank you for showing me the rope recently :)
