integrating bootstrap theme

Hello and good day
Im new to this, I want to purchase a theme from bootstrap and integrate it into my site so I can work on it. I tried youtubing it but the backend code and such made it very confusing as there are plugins and codes involved.1- i want to first purchase a theme and add it to my website
2- i want to edit my website accordingly
3- then I want to purchase the full domain name without the ending ‘684507967’How can I do the above and how can I know the cost: domain + running the website+ plugin for boot strap + (bootstrap theme cost TBD)

WordPress.com has hundreds of free and premium themes that you can review and choose one for your site that would suit your needs the best without needing to go through the trouble of coding and backend work. You can see those here:
To give you time to build your site before you officially launch it, we set new sites as Coming Soon by default. New visitors will see a landing page letting people know that a site is being built. You don’t need to worry about your unfinished site being viewed before you’re ready.

Regarding the domain name, it depends on what name you want and if it’s available for purchase. If so, you can follow the steps here to register that domain at WordPress.com:

Pricing depends on the domain top level domain (TLD) you choose – .com, .org, etc. – and whether or not you choose to add private registration so you would see that in your shopping cart upon purchase.
