  I’ve created a Facebook page for my site. I want to connect the two, but don’t know how to do that. I need help!

  You can find thw way to do it in this link.

  If you are talking about the social links on the menu of your site (I’ve checked and their aren’t ponting to any social page), you can edit them in the customizer of your theme.
