integrating newly uploaded images on 'Gallery' page

I have uploaded several new images to the ‘Gallery’ page but they have not ‘integrated’ correctly with the images already there. That is I have about 16 images in (probably) default view at the top…then the 14 new ones are visible below the others but separately, in ‘rectangular’ type view, and different sizes. How do I integrate them into the body of the Gallery with the other images, above? (afterwards I will need to reorder which position they are in). I am not very technical so simple steps appreciated. Can you have a look please and help resolve the problem. Thank you Martin

Hi moichabrahams,
I believe that the simplest way would be to switch to “text view” in the editor. You’ll see a few entries that look like:
[gallery type="rectangular" id="1,2,3"]
[gallery type="thumbnails" id="4,5,6"]What you’ll need to do to combine the two galleries is to copy the numbers from the second gallery to the first, and then delete the second one. The final entry should look like this:
[gallery type="rectangular" id="1,2,3,4,5,6"] -

That’s a good first step!
If there’s no “type” setting, it’ll default to displaying your photos in the default view.
Do you have a link to the post or page where this phenomenon is appearing? I took a look at your Gallery page and it looks fine to me (though the YouTube link seems to be broken).

(1) What are you referring to?
PS I don’t know if you noticed, for the time being , I have adopted ‘carousel’ mode.
(2) I didn’t originally upload the YouTube link. Could you take me through the steps (remembering that I am not great with technical stuff) to redo the YouTube link…hopefully to get it working again…
(3) also, when re-uploading it, will it be in the right position ie AFTER eveyrthing else on the Gallery

@moichabrahams – It really isn’t necessary to post the same topic again and again. You’ve received answers already at your earlier threads:
and on that last post, you have a reply from Staff about the youtube problem.
If you are having trouble finding your earlier forum threads, you can click on your username in the top right corner of any forum page where it says “Welcome, YOURUSERNAME!”

I do make an effort to check that I’m not replying to a duplicate topic, but I guess the different subject lines and opening posts threw me off this time!
