integrating this blog with dreamhost

Hello WordPress, and thanks for your help. I recently signed up for Dreamhost, and installed wordpress, but it didnt intergrate this blog, my blog, with the new one on dreamhost. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you need to export your blog to the new site? Here are the instructions for Exporting your content from WordPress.com:

There are two types of WordPress:
- WordPress.com — the site is hosted on our own servers
- WordPerss.org — the site is hosted with a hosting provider of your choice and is separate from WordPress.com
