Integration of own wp installation to wp.com

Hello,
I administrate one blog (www.operablog.sk) on different host with own domain on own wp installation. I am using customized wp theme (both php and css) and thats why it cannot be hosted directly on wp.com.
Is it somehow possible to “connect” my blog to wordpress.com so that it is possible to search it here, access through tags etc? I thing wp.com VIP hosting would do the job but obviously it is not an option for me. -
