    Hi please help?
    We have integrated three surveys from Survey Monkey into a webpage. Once a user logs into this webpage they are then able to complete the survey. Question is: can contact details for the survey be pre-populated so the user doesn’t need to insert details again? The user has already logged in so details are stored on website in the backend, we just
    need to ensure the email field automatically populates, so a different or incorrect email is not entered.

    Hi there!

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    I would recommend reaching out to Survey Monkey support for help here. Since it’s their survey software, they’ll be better able to advise whether or not what you want to do is possible.
