The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I recommend politeness when posting for help. You can use Publicize > http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/ or you can use one of these 5 methods http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/12/importing-wordpress-com-post-snippets-into-a-facebook-fan-page/

I though social bars, adding them manually will be bad when wordpress.com will add this function, then in every note will be double “Like!” buttons etc.

You can launch both Facebook Like and Share on Facebook easily in a wordpress.com blog post after publishing a post, right in your blog editor.
How to add both “Share on Facebook” and “Facebook like” buttons easily in a wordpress.com blog post

I don’t want to come off as crass as the original poster but I’d also like to vote for adding more integrated Facebook Like and Twitter Retweet support.
Obviously the main difference between the HTML options you provide and the dynamic Javascript options available to privated hostely wordpress blogs are generally a “one-click” vs. 2 or 3 click option to share something. In this day and age, users aren’t clicking on options that take multiple steps.
This is the only thing that has me considering going back to a self hosted blog.
Are there any plans to provide limited Javascript based support for things like this?

Same story here. The inability to integrate the silly “Like” button is driving me insane. It’s a really powerful tool.

Volunteers answering questions on this peer support forum do not have access to any information re: the introduction of new features that Staff may or may not be considering that all members get on their dashboard. So they answer to your question is: only Staff knows what Staff is considering.
As this is a wpMU (wordpress multi-user)blogging platform which means millions of us are blogging on the same platform, and as bad Javascript, Flash, iframes and other embeds can bring down the entire site the software is currently coded to strip out these codes to provide security. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

If you would like to contact Staff directly and make a polite request for any feature you think will improve your wordpress.com blogging experience then here’s the link to use. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/Hope this helps. :)
