integration with lightsail

    Hello, I have recently been looking into using wordpress to build a website hosted by Amazon lightsail or bluehost, I was wondering if WordPress websites that are built while integrated with services like these would be backed up, for example can i keep the wordpress package locally and if the webhost fails i can simply use my wordpress package with another webhosting service?
