Interactive banners and custom buttons not working?

  I’m not sure if I’m contacting the right people for this but i really need your help. I’ve recently noticed that the banner and buttons on our home page are no longer showing and are just displaying code? I haven’t edited anything on the homepage so not sure why this has happened. The only thing i have done is update plugins every couple of days but i wouldn’t think this would cause the issue?
