  Is it possible to create a page using solely html? For example adding an interactive calendar to a page from Google?

  I tried but nothing appears on my page

  Not at WordPress.com. It all has to go within a theme; we don’t have access to the files that would let us create pages from scratch. You can link to them if you post them elsewhere, though.
