Interactive Dimmer and Hue Changer

I am trying to replicate this effect on this website https://www.foscarini.com/en/my-light/
If you scroll down to the “MyLight / Play with the Light” section, you can see that visitors are able to adjust the image brightness and saturation. Is there are plugin for this? Or can this be achieved with css?

The we haven’t started building the site yet, so there is no link. It will be hosted on a webhost with a wordpress installation on it.

Right now you’re posting in the forums for a web host, WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software.
I can tell you this cannot be achieved with CSS – CSS loads when the page initially loads in the browser, and cannot be adjusted after the fact. Interactive features like that are created using JavaScript code, and the simplest way to add something like this to your site would be using a plugin.
Plugins can be used on WordPress.com on our Business Plan, but we’re not able to provide advice regarding specific plugins in this forum.
For that kind of advice, please ask in the WordPress.org forums instead. The community there are the people who make the WordPress software, and plugins for that software, so they’ll be better able to advise you.
