interactive survey on my site

  how do i add an interactive survey on my site? I created a short survey. Is there a way that i can make it easier for people to use by simply visiting my sites. otherwise they have to reply via email. I am not getting any responses that way.

  Hi Dion,

  We don’t have something survey-specific, but it may be possible to do what you want via inserting a contact form and editing the short-code:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  That would help the user at least be able to email answers to you from the site instead of copy/pasting into their own email client, but it’s not 100% what you’re looking for, I’m afraid.
