Interchanging blog addresses

I wanted to interchange the addresss between two of the blogs owned by me. So i deleted the name from 1 of them permanently so I could use it for the other and changed the name for this to something else. Now when i try to change the other blog to the deleted address, it shows blog already exists. I tried changing back the renamed blog to the old name and again i get the same message showing the blog already exists. So I tried visiting the blog in question but it now shows this blog has been deleted since i had deleted that address. So how can I get this address back? This blog used to be http://www.theneonitect.wordpress.com . I changed this one to http://www.neonstylescrapbook.wordpress.com so I could change my other blog – http://www.theneonitects.wordpress.com to http://www.theneonitect.wordpress.com.
