Interested in WordPress Business Plan at $299/yr

I am interested in signing up for the business plan for wordpress and have a couple of questions:
1) Do I need a separate hosting company to be established to run the business plan or signing up with wordpress business provides hosting?
2) Can I sell unlimited products using a shopping cart plug-in?

Think through carefully if you should directly hook-up your blog to ecommerce software.
You really need to ensure that the person who has access to the blog(marketing) part is properly trained to use ie Shopify, etc. It’s quite serious because Shopify for instance hooks directly to some of the major banks for sales, etc. Also hook-ins to corporate tax filing software ie. TurboTax (for Canadian businesses).
My partner has set up Shopify for his son’s butcher sandwich shop. So I know some of the cool stuff that e-commerce software can do. The blog for business marketing is handled by a graphic artist and is totally separate from Shopify tool for his business.
