Interface Editor, could we use it?

I have noticed that on some (games) today that there is an Interface Editor to use, that could be very user friendly here since there is not a tutorial for the themes that are available now. Games like SWTOR and WOW have these editors.

Understand that each theme WordPress has could use a tutorial for it, or some feature like the idea mentioned in this post.

there is not a tutorial for the themes that are available now
Every theme on WordPress.com has a related showcase page that introduces the theme’s features.
