  How am I supposed to change the user profile when its written in chinese & i can’t find the page you want me to get to? Your support page is awful. And there isn’t a single phone # anywhere. This is my 2nd request. PLEASE reply & tell me EXACTLY where to go in user settings to change the interface language back to ENGLISH like it should be always!!! Better yet, just change it back for me. I am SO FRUSTRATED right now!!!

  We had a brief issue with the language settings, but that should be resolved now. Are you still experiencing trouble with this? If so, please try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.
