Hi there,
The WordPress Core translation for Saraiki is currently at 20%. We’re happy to port it over to WordPress.com as soon as the translated percentage increases significantly. Using the WordPress.com is a language with so little translation progress will be a bad experience for users.
If you want to contribute in translating more strings you’re welcome to by going to that page:

We’re not able to give a specific percentage, as that depends more on which strings are translated, not necessarily how many – WordPress.com and the open source software have many strings in common, but also many strings that only exist on the one or the other.
For now, try to get the self-hosted locale translated as much as possible.
Also note that for translation issues we have a separate forum that’s monitored by the team specifically responsible for this on WordPress.com:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/translations/
Please post future questions on translations there rather than in the main support forums.
We cannot move threads from one forum to another, but this also is not a feature request, so directing the OP to the tranlations forum would have been the better course of action.

Hi fstat.
Dear More than 32% translations are done. It is appropriate to port Saraiki translations.
Work is in also process, If you port the translation. and Saraiki سرائیکی is included in interface language it will be good experience.
Thanks

@sraiki as we mentioned, we can’t give an exact percentage, but you will want to be sure most are done. When you’re ready, you can head to https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/translations/ and post your request.
