Interference from old account

I opened a wordpress account about 8 years ago, but never followed through with the sites I was building. I totally forgot about this. I recently opened a new account, and paid for Dreamhost services. Now it appears that my new site has been merged with my old account, and there is no record of my purchase of the Dreamhost service. The email addresses i created don’t work anymore. I want to get the service I have paid for.

  • Hi @mikeluis,

to clear up any further confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

Now, I can see you have connected your Dreamhost hosted site to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack and so you can manage it directly from your dashboard here but you will not see your purchases since they are not from WordPress.com but from Dreamhost. You’ll want to access your account of Dreamhost’s side to see them.
If you do not want to work from your WordPress.com account, you can access your site from http://www.psindexer.com/wp-admin.

    I hope that helps :)
