Interference with wordpress ad on my blog

  My name is Scott (http://scottclarkphoto.wordpress.com/) I have an ad coming up for the blog design. I DO NOT LIKE THIS. It especially gets in the way when people are looking at my blog on their mobile devise.   The footer is required as the terms of service – you can choose a theme that behaves differently for the footer if you want
