Intergalactic Theme; I love it but I have an issue with the featured image
-
i recently changed my theme to Intergalactic. It’s great, but the featured image of some blog posts looks grainy/pixilated when Intergalactic sets it as the background image. Is there anything I can do or do I simply have to change certain posts’ featured images??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for the link! Your image there is actually too small. Your current image is 275 × 183 pixels. We suggest using an image that’s at least 1000 pixels wide. Can you try uploading a larger version of that shot?

i absolutely will, and i will look for images that are 1000 pixels wide from now on. is width the first or second number generall? thank you for the tip. cheers. niall

May I suggest that you consult the detailed theme description page when you have theme related questions? http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/intergalactic/ I think it is a helpful resource.

cheers! the pixel size thing is a bit confusing for me sometimes, especially as often i find a pic that says it’s over 1000 pixels wide, and it turns out it isn’t. but i do love the theme. thanks.
