Interglactic 2 Theme color

    Hello,
    I chose the theme Intergalactic 2 however the theme is very different from the presentation. One of the main difference is that the top of the website is colored (dark grey) instead of being white as it is in the presentation.
    I tried to change the color by editing the theme : I can put a big image but I can’t have just a white background.

    Hi there,

    To clarify, the Intergalactic theme was created before we had a “block editor” so to set up the homepage of your site to look like the demo, you will instead need to follow the setup instructions here: https://wordpress.com/theme/intergalactic-2

    I should also mention that the homepage (of the theme demo) is created of individual blog posts… there is not an option to have that layout with a standard page instead. Intergalactic was intended to be a blog theme only, so to set up your site similar to the homepage of this theme will require using blog posts, as each “section” on the homepage is an individual blog post, as you can see here: https://intergalactic2demo.wordpress.com/

    Thank you for your feedback.
    I check what you suggested but the problem is still here : the header of the website is Dark Grey or it must be an image, and I want White.

    Is it possible to change it to be plain white ?

    Try to set your homepage to display recent posts. Then, hide your header (Header Image) and add a logo (Site Identity) instead.
    This is how the demo page is set up, so you should achieve the same look.
