Intermittent fault

    Why is my WordPress behaving intermittently? I can get to my blog, but sometimes, intermittently, cannot load, comment on, or like posts from other users that I follow. Also, some of my comments have been going into their spam folders. There has been much talk of this being an ISP problem, but it is only WordPress that is affected.
