Intermittent outages
-
The site has been experiencing outages for at least two hours in recent weeks, including this morning. Can you please enable server-side caching and NGINX implementations on the site? This is our busiest time of year, and the baseball trade deadline is Tuesday. Currently, the site is down, so I cannot post updates. Also, can the site be upgraded to a paid one without losing its current address? I purchased the site but do not have the tech background the former owners possess. Thanks and be well – Greg

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://closermonkey.com/test
Did you see the notice on your site? “Resource Limit Is Reached – The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit.” You must contact your hosting to solve this problem.

What about the second part of the question, during which I asked how to migrate the site to a paid platform with WordPress? I do not know who the host is.

If you purchased the site then surely you were given the credentials to log in to the domain (registered at Tucows) as well as the site (Cloudflare or elsewhere?) otherwise how will you be able to renew the domain or transfer domain and site contents to a site here.
