Intermittent timeouts

  I’m currently looking for help on an issue of emails erroring out and a timeout happening when some customers are paying. Sometimes the payment issue results in duplicate orders being submitted.

  Mailer: Google / Gmail
  cURL error 28: Failed to connect to oauth2.googleapis.com port 443 after 75202 ms: Connection timed out (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
