Internal 500 Server Error
-
Hi there,
I have a website domain through Bluehost, cheffiveoh.com.
I went through WordPress to build my website.
I downloaded the plug-in Elementor and built an entire template I was going to use for my website.
For seemingly no reason at all, I now get a 500 internal service error for ‘too many redirects.’ I believe it was caused by changing the site URL to my elementor template canvas URL (however I changed it back before I could not access my wp-admin page AT ALL, so I am unsure if that would actually be the issue).
I now can not access my wordpress admin area, the website, or anything else… The whole thing seems to have just blown up and doesn’t even exist except it says it is still active in Bluehost.
Now all I can access is the cheffiveoh.wordpress.com area… which is not what I want.
Please. Help. Me. I. Am. Going. Crazy. Trying. To. Fix. This.

Also this is the latest error code I found through my Bluehost cPanel Acccount:
“[:error] [pid 714606:tid 22799728432896] [client 50.46.138.85:0] SoftException in Application.cpp:630: Could not execute script “/home1/cheffive/public_html/wp-admin/post.php”, referer: http://cheffiveoh.com/”
Unsure if that will help..

Hi there,
The site cheffiveoh.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
https://gwhois.org/cheffiveoh.com+dns
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
