Internal error 500 when logging in wp-admin

  Hello!

  I cannot log in to http://www.pianoliciousmusic.com/wp-admin in any of my browser. Please help

  Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

  There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

  I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider or look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forum – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.

  I have the same problem with my website (spicynote.fr).
  It is very annoying, especially in this period.
  What can I do ?

  Hi Sylvie,

  spicynote.fr is a WordPress.org site hosted by OVH (rather than WordPress.com) so the advice @elizazh shared will apply to you too.

  I recommend contacting your host if there is a 500 error as this indicates a server issue. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to contact if you still have questions about speaking to them.
