Internal Server Error

  After I downloaded the jetpack plug-in, I started getting this error message:
  Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  I tried following some different suggestions I found online but I am not tech savvy in the least so it’s become very frustrated and confusing to me. Please help!!!!

  Hi @camiharborarms,

  Your site harborarms.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can deactivate the plugin using FTP connection, rename the jetpack plugin folder name with any other name.
