  Please help. I am receiving this message when i want to sort out my site:

  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Hi, that site is definitely hosted with another provider, rather than our managed hosting service. For what it’s worth, though, we don’t see a 500 error when visiting the site.
