Internal server error!

  I am new to editing websites, i was trying to remove the “read more” section from my posts and i found a few forums explaining how i have should go to the “editor” find content and remove the “read more section” how ever i think it corrupted everything once i refreshed the page. I kept getting an “internal error message” I cant even log into word press even clicking on the word press icon on my ipage control panel doesnt work. I dont know how to fix this problem at all.

  http://www.junkplanetproductions.com/ is a wordpress.ORG site, not a WordPress.COM site, so you need to be in their forums for help with that version of the software.
